Who can order from ktcvapes.com?

Are your products authentic?
A. Yes, All our products are 100% authentic and come directly for their respective brands distributor warehouses.
How can I pay for the order?
A. We accept all us major credit cards ( Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and debit cards, Unfortunately we do not accept international credit cards.
Important Note: If you use a prepaid card to place an order. be aware that refunds are issued to the original card used to place your order. NO EXCEPTIONS, You may also wat to make sure that the prepaid card is registered to your billing address.
Where is my tracking number?
A. When your order ships, you will receive an Email Letting you know it's on the way, and your tracking number will be included.
Why is my tracking number not updating?
A. Please allow up to 24 hours from the time its shipped for the tracking number to update. Some-times packages are sent off to their destinations without being scanned until it reaches your town or city. Please do not be alarmed, This is common occurrence.
How Long Does Shipping Takes?
A. Shipping transit times depend on the destination. Normally it's take 3 to 6 days. Thank you for your patience as we work to fulfill your order.
Do you offer International shipping?
A. Unfortunately, As of now we are not offering international shipping.
Why is my order refunded?
A. 1 If your order was completely refunded its because all of the items in your order was out of stock.
2. If your ordered refunded for 1 or more of your items its because they were no longer in stock when your order was being packaged.
All banks are different refunds policies and arrives in 4-8 business days.

When you place an order, your name and address are used to confirm your identity and age. This process only must be done once. In some cased we might be unable to verify your age during checkout and will need you to provide alternate information to complete your order.
