We do have a processing time of 24-48 hours on all orders. If you have not received an email regarding your order, your order is processing without issue and will ship out as soon as possible. For returns, a specific protocol needs to be followed. We only except returns if the item is not working or if you received the wrong products. If that’s is the case please contact customer support.

Since u placed the order and it is still not In stock during the shipping and handling time frame, we will contact you and offer a full refund or change it to something of the same value with ur consent. The other option is you can wait till the product is back to availability. We ship out all Connect, Standard & Overnight orders same day Monday - Friday Before 2pm EST. Our shipping department is closed over the weekend. All orders placed after 2pm Est. Friday will be shipped the following Monday after the weekend.
